We have a 14-day refund request policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To start a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

You can request for a refund if you are not satisfied at email@example.com. We will notify you once we’ve received your request for return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not on a case to case basis.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, either wholly or partially up to the company's discretion, on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
We do not process exchanges on food items.
