In this variant of our Tamarind achaar, we add coarsely crushed red chilies fruits to our Classic Tamarind achaar. You can say this is a combination of our classic Tamarind achaar and our Red Chili achaar (Korivikaram). The intense tanginess of raw tamarinds and blistering hot spiciness of the red chilies in a symbiotic existence produce an amalgam of intensity that is bound to excite your taste palette.
Usage: mix it in hot rice and add a bit of ghee and be ready to explore the taste-heaven! You can use it as a side dip for the south Indian savories such as Idlee, MedhuVada, Dosa, Utappam, DibbaRoTTi etc.
Ingredients: Raw Tamarind fruits, fresh red-chili, Roasted Fenugreek seeds powder, Salt, Turmeric, Sesame oil
Seasoning: Mustard seeds, Hing (asafetida)
